Rihanna Returns to India After 2 Years: Global pop icon Rihanna made a surprise visit to India on Friday (April 24), nearly two years after her headline-making appearance at the Ambani family’s grand pre-wedding celebrations in Jamnagar. The singer, best known for hits like Love the Way You Lie, was spotted arriving in Mumbai, instantly grabbing attention across social media.
Rihanna landed at Kalina Airport via a private jet, stepping out in a chic all-black outfit. She completed her look with a sleek ponytail, oversized dark sunglasses, and minimal gold jewelry, keeping her style understated yet striking. Paparazzi waiting outside the airport quickly captured her arrival, with videos going viral within minutes.
As she exited the airport surrounded by her security team, photographers excitedly called out “RiRi.” Rihanna acknowledged them warmly, smiling, waving, and even blowing kisses before getting into her car. In a playful moment, she was also seen recording the crowd gathered around her vehicle, delighting fans both on-site and online.
This marks Rihanna’s second visit to India. Her previous trip in 2024 drew global headlines when she performed at the lavish pre-wedding celebrations of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant in Jamnagar. The high-profile event saw the presence of global figures like Mark Zuckerberg and Bill Gates, making it one of the most talked-about private celebrations in recent years.
Her performance back then was particularly special as it marked her first-ever live show in India, leaving a lasting impression on fans.
According to reports, Rihanna’s current visit could be linked to the upcoming Tira Beauty “Ki Haveli” event in Mumbai. Organized by Tira Beauty, the immersive experience is scheduled to take place at Palladium Mall from April 25 to May 4 and is expected to attract major attention.
